500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Pours an orangey golden colour with a foamy white head that dissipates away. Nose of fruity apple, barnyard. Flavour is tart, tangy apple, apple skins, some funk, leather, caramel and dry tannins. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle (from siidrimaja). Pours golden. Aroma is sweet, apples, dryness, somewhat acidic. Flavor is sour and sweet, dry, apples, citrus, acidic. Finish is dry, lemons with apple peel. Overall: good, nice balance.

Bottle shared at mother kellyโs . a clear light golden coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is semi sweet apple, hint of musty apple skin, spicy cinnamon, tangy citrus. Palate is crisp and tangy, moderate to high carbonation. Flavour is nice hint of funky apple, musty, tangy apple, apple skin. Very well put together. Refreshing crisp finish.

Bottle at Mother Kellyโs. It pours clear gold with minimal head. The aroma is earthy, funky, apple skin, must, pear, hint of lemon and dirt. The taste is crisp, tart, fresh, gooseberry, sour green apple, lemon, sherbet and sour apricot with a dry apple skin finish. Medium and fine, prickly carbonation Fresh and quaffable.
