Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of sweet apple with hints of citrus and caramel. Taste is more of the same but it is a little bit thin and does not really follow through.

Cask at Southampton Arms. Hazy golden orange, flat. Farmhouse nose, apple skin, hay. Sweet apple flavor turns dry quickly, hay / straw, bretty notes, low acid, a bit of tannin. Soft, silky body. Simple but nice.

On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a cider!
