Venía yo con la escopeta cargá para abrir fuego contra mi nueva cata de The One, y es que hasta el día de hoy de esta cervecera no he hecho más que probar mediocridades. Pero está pelirroja en ciertos aspectos me ha resultado medio aceptable, uno por la abundante, cremosa y persistente corona de espuma beige que luce, y luego por esa nota de cereza que emana tanto en sabor como aroma...hasta ahí lo 'psi-psá', todo el resto simplemente The One, los reyes de la flojera artesanal.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, caramel and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Ámbar oscura, marrón. Espuma muy abundante y cremosa. Aroma escaso y poco definido. En boca resulta muy empalagosa, sirope, floja de cuerpo. Sosa y dulzona.

This might be the single worst beer in my life, and I've had really bad ones, from Cubanisto to Desperados: this is even worse. Contamination galore, this ale has the color of dung (hazy greenish dark brown), the odor of dung (I mean it, it's like an open sewer) and the taste of something that might very well be dung, but I've never tasted dung (maybe now I've had). Dry, rancid, unbalanced, spoiled, gross, terrible. I hate it. Of course after sampling the smallest amount required for this review, the rest went directly down the drain, where it belonged.
