Taster at A Fábrica da Picaria. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- yeasty, malty, herbal hops. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, herbal, malt. Medium bodied. Average.

Dorada nebulosa, escasa espuma. Aroma escaso, malteado. Sabor malteado y predominio dulce. Mínimo contrapunto herbal. Ligera de cuerpo y gas. Bebible.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 2B). Bottle 50 cl - Batch L07/2015LL. AROMA: mild malt aroma with some restrained diacetyl. nop hop aromas. APPEARANCE: almost coppery color and translucent. thin white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: overall pleasant malt flavour. low bitterness that almost lingers into a semi-sweet finish. diacetyl present and no hop flavours recognizable. PALATE: thin body and low carbonation. OVERALL: a good start to a bohemian pilsener that needs more hop presence, body and carbonation.
