Payesa es una cerveza artesanal con un rico e intenso sabor tostado. Es un producto natural hecho con el agua más pura de la isla, cinco tipos de malta, lúpulo y levadura. De buena calidad y libre de químicos, esta cerveza representa el alma de Ibiza y la fuente de su espíritu.
Sabor intenso y delicioso que permanece en el paladar, Payesa es una cerveza natural, con toques de cereal, algunas hierbas y fruta deshidratada con toques de caramelo y la cantidad justa de efervescencia para un largo y dulce acabado. Se utilizan las maltas más refinadas para darle a la cerveza ese color dorado tan rico e intenso y ese sabor que te atrapa desde la primera vez que la pruebas.

Ambar, muy escasa espuma que desaparece enseguida. Aroma malteado, caramelo, licor. En boca, textura cremosa, gas reducido y rica base acaramelada, con notas de miel y licor. Final más seco y ligeramente amargo, y postgusto agradable alcohólico. Buena.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with hardly any head. Sweet malty, caramellish aroma. Rich, malty body, quite some sweetness and very little hops for balance. But clean and drinkable. Nowhere near a Brown Ale, more of a strong Amber. 240615

330 ml blue bottle, a gift from an enthusiast who claimed that this was one of his "Top 3" beers. ABV is 7%. Hazy brown colour, moderate to low off-white head. Nice malty aroma, some caramel and nutty notes. Malty flavour too, not too sweet, bready and nutty notes. Very moderate hops. A decent brown ale, but hardly a "Top 3" beer.
