We took a different road to arrive in this same place. Combining pale British, American, and German malts with copious amounts of Citra and Apollo hops, we've once again summoned a familiar. Through the golden haze filled with dank notes of fruit and green, you suddenly recall that our beers always arrive precisely when they mean to... which sometimes means not at all.

Tap @MBCC 2024, Yellow Session. Hazy, murky pale orange, white frothy head. Tropical fruit, unripe fruit aroma. Juicy, sweet tropical fruit flavour, some hoppy spice, a little anise seed.

Draught, taster. @MBCC 2024, Copenhagen (Denmark). 10/05/2024 [#7.218 Global - #1.327 United States of America - #1 Triptych Brewing Company (My Brewery #307 from the States)] Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma: spiced malts, stone fruits and lemon. Taste: lemony malts, pine and fresh citrus. Vanilla and lacto mouthfeel. Next one, please!

Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2024 (MBCC Yellow) 10/05/2024 Juicy fruity with lots of tropical and citrus fruit, sweet malty backbone, piney bitter hoppy close. Good stuff.

Rated at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2024 (MBCC). Sweet, heavy and slightly creamy with some citrus, pine and floral notes. Fluffy and fruity.
