Wild fermented no intervention natural cider made with "wild" apples picked with a lot of help from friends at the Stall Nedertorp estate during the autumn of 2021. Aged for an extended time for a hint of yellow wine oxidation character. Lazy cider (bottled conditioned but failed to carbonate).

Bottle @MBCC 2024, Green Session. Nearly clear golden. Yellow, earthy apple aroma. Sweetish yellow apple flavour, light earthy.

Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Green Session. Hazy deep golden colour. Aroma of sweet juicy apples, mild sourness. Taste of sour dry apples, fresh sweet juicy apples, dry tart finish.

MBCC. Hazy pale yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, apple juice and tart apples. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 110524
