330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with absurdely huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Slighty bready and spicy malty as well as earthy spicy and minimally dusty, yeasty, additionally minimally waxy, floral aroma, hints of grey bread, caraway-spiced grey bread, shallot, whiffs of petals. Taste is slightly dry, earthy, yeasty spicy, slightly bready, spicy, malty basis, hints of grey bread, shallot, a touch of petals, subtle residual sweetness. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly, foamy carbonation. Quite earthy spicy, not overly complex - OK.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierloods22', best before June 2025. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather yeasty-spicy, gently fruity-floral, earthy aroma of clove, hay, lemon peel, tulip bulbs and some grains. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, slightly dry, rather yeasty-spicy and gently fruity-floral, earthy taste of clove, grains, hay, lemon peel, pineapple and some tulip bulbs, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Weird brew, probably a tasty base beer, somehow overshadowed by the tulip. Feels like drinking a Saison with smoked malts.
