0.33 l can from 'Rebelbeercans', best before November 2025. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, minimally sourish, rather smoky and gently fruity aroma of smoked ham, ash, pear and some sauerkraut. Gently sweet, slightly sourish, rather smoky and slightly fruity taste of sauerkraut, smoked ham, ash, pickles, pear and some lemon, followed by a short, gently tart, slightly minerally finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Great session material without stupid gimmicks, craft beer just needs more stuff like this.
