Together with our friends from ‘de overkant’ we brewed this (New) Zealand IPA. To be released at the Bombaai CraftTober fest. Not only Kees and Bombaai crossed the sea, so did the hops, which made their way from new- to old Zealand. The YCH TRIAL 303 combines Phantasm extract with Yakima’s Hops, to boost tropical aromatic flavour. From new to old, from Groede to Walchreren. This phantasm pow(d)er bomb will blow up your taste buds!

0.33 l can from 'Mister Hop', best before April 2025 (I guess). Hazy, pale golden with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, a little vinous aroma of gooseberry, white grapes, pineapple and some passion fruit. Gently sweet, hardly bitter, rather fruity taste of gooseberry, white grapes, pineapple, passion fruit and some oats, followed by a short, hardly bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, very fruit-forward, almost vinous IPA.
