Una Pils che nasce come splendida e sontuosa celebrazione del luppolo Tettnanger, raccolto da noi personalmente in Germania ogni anno dal 2008.
Il luppolo tedesco è sparso a grandi manciate un po’ ovunque nella produzione di questa birra, in modo che possa assimilare una diversa sfumatura d’aroma, un particolare grado di amaro, una tessera speciale che ricomponga insieme alle altre il mosaico odoroso delle strade di campagna tedesche nei giorni della raccolta.
Imperial Pils è il nostro ricordo di quel tempo e di quei luoghi, tracciato a pennellate rapide e incisive, con la delicatezza dell’acquerello.

From fass @EurHop 2019 (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media e persistente. Al naso sentori di crosta di pane, cereali, leggero erbaceo e citrico. In bocca è equilibrata, attacco dolce maltato con chiusura amara media. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona, ma mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Tap at taptap. Pours golden. Aroma is hoppy, fruity. Flavor is sweet and bitter, dry, fruity, malty, grains. Finish is sweet and dry. Overall: ok, bit on the sweet side despite the dryness.

Tap @Ma Che Siete (Rome). Dark and clear golden pour, a bit amber. Off-white and creamy foam. Nose: pretty hoppy, oily fresh hops, firm notes of honey and milky bread. Mouth: soft (almost flat) carbonation, clean, sweet malty with a decent bitter finish. Nice one

chiara bellaschiuma compatta persitente note erbacee luppolo un po mieloso in boccs una bella luppolatura fresca non molto corpo di facile beva buon amaro buona frizzantezza
