0.75 l bottle from 'Hoptimaal', bottled in February 2023. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral, moderately grassy and a bit yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple, peach, some fresh grass, light banana and a touch of clove. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral, slightly grassy and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of grains, lemon peel, peach, some fresh grass, a touch of banana and hints of clove, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice hop-forward Blond.
