Peroni Gran Riserva Puro Malto è caratterizzata da un aroma delicato con prevalenza di note di malto e fini note di luppolo aromatico. Inoltre il doppio processo di decozione con impasto a bassa temperatura, a cui viene sottoposta, le conferisce note peculiari di cereali tostati e spezie. La decisa presenza di amaro fine e non persistente compensa la dolcezza del malto, dando vita ad un prodotto di altissima qualità, amabile, dal sapore unico e facile da bere, ideale per esaltare il gusto dei piatti della nostra tradizione.

From the ipercoop, at Crevoladossola, on the balcony at Epalinges that I have enjoyed this bottle. In my point of view, it is a basical but acceptable beer, better than the lager version. The taste is grainy and watery, lack of aromas, a bit boring, 12.08.20, at home, Epalinges

Old rating - A 500ml bottle from Waitrose. A reasonable beer, but I'm not sure I'd have a second. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 1937

Clear golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mid sweet grainy malt, cereals. Taste of sweet grainy pale malt, some honey, straw, moderate bitterness.

0.5 l fancy bottle from a local Konzum on Ferenščica, the first thing I bought there on the opening day. Clear golden, small off-white head. Grainy, some vegetables. Sweet, corn, grain, very light bitterness. Smooth, slightly cloying, balanced. Light abrupt finish.

Ove talijanske pive imaju zgodne flaše, ali nažalost neupotrebljive jer ne stanu u gajbu. Ovo je jedan talijanski lager zlatne boje. Nije kao ove naše standardne pive, ova ima ugodni voćni miris i punoću u okusu. Dobra piva.
