440ml can, #669, bought at Vinmonopolet Citry Nord. Pearl white head, clear dark golden body, hazy last pour, Fair lacing. Inviting citric aromas with pale malty moments. Balanced citrus taste profile, grapefruit and orange, joined by a bite of apricot. Resinonous hops towards a mid-dry ending. Like it. (Bodø Panorama, 27.06.2024).

Can. A hazy golden colored beer with a dense white head leaving lacing. Dull grapefruity, zesty aroma with grass and pale malt notes. It's full bodied and lightly warming on the palate, with a rough bitterness. Grapefruit zest, grass, alcohol, pine cones and hints of pale malts. Rather harsh, bitter finish. Far from a favorite. 240608

440 ml can, as Salikatt Burn the Past West Coast IPA, from Vinmonopolet Madla. ABV is 7.0%. Slightly hazy orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, grapefruit, pine and spruce. Citric flavour (bitter oranges, lemon and grapefruit), not too sweet despite the crystal malts. A good and resinous hop bitterness throughout, becomes quite sharp in the aftertaste. --- Beer merged from original tick of Burn the Past on 26 May 2024 at 01:06 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5. Hazy dark blond colour with thin wispy head. It's got a very generic rounded bitterness. It's ok but misses some peaks.
