Burn the Past is an old-school West Coast IPA. We even brought crystal malt back to the table for this one! Properly bittered and hopped with Chinook, Columbus, and McKenzie hops for a piney and citrusy hop character. Cheers!

8-4-8-4-16 Can, #669, four weeks after canning. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is citrusy hops with orange peel, grapefruit, stone fruits and grass, as well as malts with cereals, caramel and heather. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is piney hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit, orange peel and stone fruits, as well as malts with cereals, caramel and heather. Lingering bitter, semi dry finish. Oh, how nice with some modern old fashioned IPA.

McKenzie er en ny bekjentskap for meg, og her er hva verdensveven forteller: bright and fruity with grapefruit, lemon, nectarine, and melon aromas backed by pine, resin, and wood. - good stuff indeed!
