Schooner on tap at Ulmarra Hotel. Slightly cloudy amber Ale with a solid white head. Light carbonation. Fruity nose, peach, guava, hint of yeast. Refreshing, nice and bitter. Zingy. Slight touch of bubblegum then nice 'Juicyfruit' finish. Very quenching, nice one.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Can. Cloudy orange amber with an inch of white head. 3+ Gentle peachy aroma with bread, pine, oranges, spices. Not obviously juniper in the aroma but there's a bite of it on the palate. Fruitier than normal Coopers Red with bitterness made less prominent by the juniper. Refreshing.
