440ml can from brewery shop - hazy straw body, little fuzzy head. Grassy notes with a light melon hint. Not too bad, and easy going.

Half-pint, draught at Piccadilly Tap. Shared with Finn. Misty straw coloured body, covering white head, fragile lacing. Modest aromas of farmyard and yeast. Sourish watermelon flavours. Prolonged ending. Short, diluted, and empty. (Manchester, 21.03.2024).

Delt med Rune. Stråfarget. Litt uklar. Lavt tett kritthvitt skum. Vassen aroma. Vannmelon? Smaken ubestemmelig. Sannsynligvis melon - som ikke er spesielt vanlig, eller har framtredende aroma- og smakskarakater.

Draught at Albert's Schenke, Liverpool. Light gold, almost straw, hazy. A small white head. The smell is a bit odd for me: some watermelon mixed with barnyard funk. Taste is still a little farmyard-y but with the melon notes coming through much more clearly. A gentle sourness comes through in the finish. Light body, lightly carbonated. Weird but not impossible.

Keg @ Beatnikz Republic Bar, Manchester. Golden-blonde with a thin head. A sour towards the lower end of the sourness scale, but enough to enjoy if this style is your thing. Its melon is not overly obvious, but there's a fruitiness to it.
