Draught keg at the Meandering Bear, Halifax. Orange/brown, a little hazy with a small off-white head. Light malted aroma, some gentle notes of berry. The taste is where it comes alive: Sweet spiced green coffee and bready malts. Short bitter finish. Body is light, with heavy carbonation. A decent take on the style.

Half-pint, draught at A Hoppy Place. Shared with Finn. Clear dark amber body, dotted spots on the glassware from a declining white head. Mid-sweet malty aromas, scent of caramel. Fine blended taste of noble hops and mild caramel malts. Mid-sweet malt-fruity end. Yuletide feel in March. Pretty tasty. (Windsor, 17.03.2024).
