Bottle at home. Has a slightly hazy mahogany colour with a big beige head. Aroma of raisin, nuts, gress, bread crust and dark caramel. Flavour of grass, raisins, grassy hops, nuts and fudge. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a medium bitterness. Pretty sweet aroma and pretty grassy flavour. Quite decent.

500ml bottle, #315(?), bought at Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Pours a creamy off-white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, deep ruby-brown body. Caramel malty aromas. promising. Malt-driven taste of bread, dough, and caramel. Slightly roasted malty finish. Soft on the palate. Just alright with the Yuletide meat. (Tromsø, 21.12.2023).

Bottle @ home. Unclear, deep amber body under a big, foamy beige head. Aroma has malt, toast, bread and some yeast. Taste is sweet brown malt, toast, hint of caramel, some yeast and moderate bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Nothing complex, but not bad either for a dark lager/ Märzen style beer. Straight forward tasty and food friendly beer.

Bottle. An unclear chestnut to brown beer with a creamy light beige head. Nice curtains. The aroma is quite yeasty, with roasted malts, chocolate and coffee hints, and a good dash of dark bread crust and toffee. It's fizzy on the palate, medium bodied and quite dry, with a gentle bitterness. Roasted malts, coffee and dark chocolate, prunes and dark rye bread flavor with some toffee. Lasting finish. Seems unfinished this one. Else a decent brew. 231115
