This complex and boozy stout features 9 different malts, wildflower honey and honeycomb, and weighs in at a hefty 11.8%abv! Sumptuous flavours of dark chocolate, caramel, coffee and honey permeate this imperial stout. A lovely smooth texture, subtle sweetness with a lighter body in spite of the high abv makes this stout dangerously drinkable. You won’t want to share your can.

Panda thanks for Danlo: Poured a dark brown to black with a beige head. Aroma is rich malts, chocolate, honeycomb. Taste is rich malts, caramel, chocolate, boozy.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 28/04/24. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent khaki head that escapes edgewards. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, light roast, honeycomb, earthy dried fruits. Taste comprises dark malts, spice, roasted bite, booze tunes, hint of Crunchie bar, dark chocolate shavings, spice, molasses, toffee. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Decent enough impy if perhaps lacking just a little balance.

440ml can from S43. Black colour, thin tan foam head and aroma of rich chocolate, caramel, coffee. Taste is sweet, roast malty, dark chocolate, caramel, honeycomb, brown sugar, coffee, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, roasty chocolatey bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Shared with Finn. Deep black body, clingy lacing from a low tan-coloured head. Inviting smell of dark chocolate and dark bread. Honeyed sweet taste with moments of chocolate, caramel, and a backdrop of coffee bites. Smoothly roasted end, lingering. Pretty decent sipper. (Tromsø, 04.11.2023).

Spandert av Rune. Delt i WCveien. Kremaktig mokkafarget skum. Pen lacing. Lett karamellarom. Smaken honning. Lite annet. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

Svart med lys brunt skum. Lukter søt lakris og fløte. Fyldig. Smaker noe salt lakris, mørk sjokolade og vanilje. Middels lang.
