Half pint from the cask at the Garibaldi Community Pub in Redhill. Pours a dark amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, biscuit, flora & malt. Medium body. Smooth finish

Pours a light brown colour with an average sized foamy off-white head. Aroma is malty, cereal grain, and caramel. A moderately sweet and malty taste, caramel, cereal malts, some leafy hop notes and bitterness.

From tap at Hole in the Wall, Waterloo, 11.02.24. Very clear pale amber. Some white head. Aroma and taste of pale malt, slightly darker malt, syrup, marmalade, some kind of hops and biscuits.

Cask ale, half-pint shared with Finn at Hole in the Wall. Deep amber coloured body, off-white bubbly head, clingy lacing. Promising smell of herbal hops and toffee. Malt-drive taste, caramel and earth, added by a note of biscuit. Bittersweet finish. Decent bitter version. (Waterloo, London 02.10.2023).

Delt med Rune. Amber med brunskjær. Skumring. Aroma av søte bær. Smaken kjeks & druer. Tørr, så vidt bitter avslutning.

Cask at the Dartmouth Arms, Tufnell Park on 2nd August 2023. Pale gold with shallow white foam and full lacing. Fruity aroma. Richly spiced citrus peel in-mouth, with earthy pungencies, and a tangy finish of fruits and spices. Just a hint of salt. Light bodied with a smooth yet engaging, slightly saline texture.

27/1/2023. Cask at the 14th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours clear dark golden amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, dried fruits, slight spiced edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily, soft carbonation. Good looking beer, otherwise okay.
