[April 2023] Cloudy/murky gold with little to no head. Tropical fruit on the nose, soft and fruity

Keg @ Pien Shop, Helsinki. Poured orange looks. Thin head. Fairly sweet with notes of mango and papaya. Almost no bitterness.

Drukket på Bergstua. Gusjegrågulbrun. Uklar. Filmskum. Aroma av tropisk frukt. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken søt. Appelsin. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

Can. This IPA looks like and IPA with added pond water, just a bit dirty looking, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent superfine carbonation. Soft creamy sweet malts. Some rounded pine from the hops and some hop spice bite. The rest is candy fruit dominated with mild undertones of more traditional hop citric bite. Finishes semi dry and crisp with a ripe fruit linger and more candy fruits. Overall profile is a tad on the sweet side and the hop profile, whilst not unpleasant, is a bit left field.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Creamy white head over a very cloudy pale golden body, clingy lacing. Promising floral nose, dusty hops to it. Peachy flavours joined by grass, wheat, and juicy malts. Slightly mealy. Smooth wheat fruity ending with distant bitterness, dry. Medium bodied. Satisfying. (Tromsø, 17.05.2023).

Can at home, from HOTM online, 23/04/23. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is ripe citric flesh, pine resin, guava, stoned fruits, hop spice, dank nip. Taste comprises stoned fruits, Nelson piss, dank, gooseberries, pine resin, grapefruit, weed. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with danko come resinous hop bitterness. Solid Nelson infused IPA ... punchy and bitter.
