Our inaugural batch is packed full of Centennial hops in both the boil and whirlpool, followed by Mosaic Lupomax for the dry hop.
Like our larger IPA’s this one is brewed with extra pale malt, malted oats, and white Belgian wheat - giving it body and fluffy foamy head, it drinks like a much larger beer!

1/3 pint, draught at Craft Beer Co. - The Bear Paddington. Shared with Finn. Hazy yellowish body, filmy layer, fair lacing. Mid-dry smell with citrus fruits. Blended taste profile of lemon, orange and mild juicy malts beneath. Hop fruity endnotes. Okay thirst quencher. (London 09.02.2023).

Keg @ Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden. Misty pale golden yellow appearance, medium white head. Floral introduction giving way to pleasant fruity flourishes, soft, light and seshy overall.
