Golden, hazy with a huge white head. Aroma of spice, yeast, malt and some fruit sense. Medium bitter with a yeast, sandy fruit end.

Gylden brun klar med beige skum. Lukter bondegård, lyst brød og noe blomster. Middels fylde. Noe bitter. Smaker belgisk gjær, karamell, lyst brød, blomster og noe granskudd. Middrls lang.

750ml bottle, #2339, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Shared with Snorre. Fair white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass, cloudy golden body. Promising aromas of spice saison fruits, with scents of farmyard. Spiced, yeast fruitiness to the flavour profile joined by apricot and malted wheat. Prolonged spiced fruity ending. Well bodied. Good partner to our lamb pie. Like it. (Tromsø, 24.07.2024).

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Moderately hazy golden colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of mild spices, stewed yellow fruits and spicy saison yeast. The flavour is not too sweet, fairly refreshing, again with mild spicy notes. Moderate to low bitterness.
