“This beer is named after our friend Brian Cumby (builder of the bronze-age boat) who sadly passed away before we could brew him a beer. Brian would have liked this beer.”

500ml bottle bought at the shop at the National Brewery Centre. Shared with Finn. Decent off-white head, dark amber body, close to clear. Dotted spots on the glass. Inviting smell of dried fruits and mild malty sweetness. Blended malt-fruity flavours of leafy hops, caramel malts and dried fruits. Drying close, bittersweet. Pretty good (Hotel room, Nottingham 15.10.2022).

Delt med Rune på rom 301, Premier Inn Nottingham Arena. Gyldenbrun. Klar. Luftig skum som daler sakte & etterlater pene kniplinger. Utmerket karamellaroma. Smaken lett fruktig. Malten ligger på lur. Tørr, forsiktig bitter avslutning.
