Fruited sour with raspberry, passion fruit, and hibiscus. Flamingos are famous for their stunning pink hue, which is actually a result of their diet of crustaceans. In the same way, we added to this beer a ton of raspberries, passion fruit, and hibiscus to give it its beautiful pink color. The tannins released by the fruit flesh add a subtle bitterness that complements the sourness of the beer, making each sip a refreshing and satisfying experience.

Rød klar med lys rosa skum. Lukter bringebærgele. Lett. Fruktig og sur. Smaker sure bringebær og rips. Middels lang.

On-tap at the Boot on 25th May 2024, third of a pint. Pink body, lighter pink head. Raspberries all the way here, like a Berliner Weiss but a little more sour. Took me a while to drink this.

Rozerood bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is fruitig en redelijk zuur met iets van passievrucht en wat bitter. Tevens is een wat hout en kruidige geur te bespeuren. Ondanks het niet mijn favoriete stijl is best te doen.

Tap at H2Ol, Valencia. Dark pinkish color with pink head. Red fruity aroma mainly hibiscus. Taste is fruity with mainly raspberries, hibiscus. No passion fruit. Tasty.
