Fruited sour with raspberry, passion fruit, and hibiscus. Flamingos are famous for their stunning pink hue, which is actually a result of their diet of crustaceans. In the same way, we added to this beer a ton of raspberries, passion fruit, and hibiscus to give it its beautiful pink color. The tannins released by the fruit flesh add a subtle bitterness that complements the sourness of the beer, making each sip a refreshing and satisfying experience.

Tap at the brewery taproom San Sebastian. A hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is nice floral pink lemonade, pink guava, lemon twist, delicate, light grapefruit. Flavour is composed of crisp and tart, fruits, grapefruit guava. Prickly pear, delicate florals. Palate is crisp and refreshing. Prickly carbonation. Nice very well balanced and crushable.

Kolor ciemno różowy, niemalże klarowny. Piana jasno różowa, wysoka, drobne pęcherzyki dość wolno opadają, brak śladów na szkle.
Aromat soczyście owocowy, kompotowy. Są obiecane dodatki, malina, owoce pasji, nuty hibiskusa delikatne, w tle. Zapach jest przyjemnie orzeźwiający, świeży.
Smak wyraźnie kwaśny, lekko cierpki, z odrobiną szorstkiej goryczki.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie. Tekstura nieco "szorstka". Posmak długi, owocowy, kwaśny.
Aromat soczyście owocowy, kompotowy. Są obiecane dodatki, malina, owoce pasji, nuty hibiskusa delikatne, w tle. Zapach jest przyjemnie orzeźwiający, świeży.
Smak wyraźnie kwaśny, lekko cierpki, z odrobiną szorstkiej goryczki.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie. Tekstura nieco "szorstka". Posmak długi, owocowy, kwaśny.

Rojiza limpia de espuma también rosácea. No me gusta el aroma, funky, establo que mata los tonos más ácidos. En boca es refrescante bien de gas, con acidez bien presente pero sin eclipsar lo demás: agradables sabores frutales a frambuesa y maracuyá. Seca bebible.

Tap at Penguin Bar, in the city centre of Bilbao. Amber with a pink glow. Fruity sour but not too sour, with light passionfruit notes.

Tap at Canil. Pink pour with no head. Nose is some berries, not much of it tho, perhaps a hint of passion fruit too. Taste is moderately sour, fruits are relatively unpronounced again, some berries, some passion fruit, with a bitterish, dry finish. Huuuge meh.

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pale red colourrd, small off-white head, light raspberry nose. Acidic raspberry, mild passionfruit, touch of hibiscus and short finish. Boring.

On tap at Nelson Arms Tonbridge. Clear red pink colour thin white head. Blackcurrant aroma.some sourness. I'm fact quite tart. Decent fruit. The sourness doesn't seem forced. Puckering. Decent.
