Pale, 100% barley malt, golden in colour and with a fine white head. A perfect balance between floral notes and the fragrances of hops, malt and honey. The cherished object of desire, the easiest to get close to, and the giver of great satisfactions, with a clean and well-balanced taste, as the first sip immediately invites the second to follow.

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with light head. Aromas of cereal and honey. Flavors of light malt, biscuit, honey, and a bit of cardboard. Nice, but not too exciting

Huge thanks to Krešo for lugging this all the way from San Marino! Not exactly sure how this is different from the E Figoun, but hey. As Amarcord Gradisca. Lovely slightly darker golden body, nice thick white head. Dry grainy nose, kinda typical of Amarcord in some way. Dry grainy taste with some creaminess. Light hopiness, slightly herbal. Nothing too interesting but without any major flaws and clean, in general a good lager. Unless you’re paying through your nose for it.

Bottled@Punavuoren Ahven, Helsinki (backlog). Yellowish golden colour with a small fluffy white head. Aroma is bready malts, some slight salty and grassy notes. Also some mild grainy and parfumeish notes. Flavour is bready malts, some sweet malts as well as some floral, grassy and mild toffeeish notes. Decent lager.

Hazy gold beer, no head. Lagerish malt and minerals on the nose. Zero carbonation. Somewhat watery palate but with smooth lagerish malt. A little watery orange. Clear honey note that integrates well with the orange. Watery but refreshing, would be decent if it could be furnished with some carbonation.

Two 330ml bottles with the pasta food at Italia Bar in Edinburgh. Clear, straw coloured body. Diminishing, airy white head. Modest taste of grainy malts. Herbal hops and vegetables in flavour. Very dry and sweet to the finish. Possible to drink with the food, 14.04.2012.

Bottle. A clear, golden colored beer with a small, white head. Almost ham-like aroma with fruityness and maltyness as well. The flavor is mostly on the fruity side, with a backbone of pale malts. Some bitterness detected, but it wouldn’t hurt with some more, and that goes for the finish as well. Medium body, with pleasant carbonation level. Some metallic notes in the end. A decent and drinkable beer, but I don’t like the metallic finish. 110916
