Lähes musta olut niukalla vaahdolla. Tuoksu paahteinen sekä reilusti havuisen humaloitu. Maku jatkaa samoilla linjoilla ollen hieman paahteinen, mutta ennen kaikkea vahvasti havuisen humaloitu. Hieman katkera loppupuoleltaan, aika lyhyt jälkiliuku. Ei tämä schwarzbieriä muistuta kyllä pätkääkään, mutta ihan ok.

Bottle in our shabby Helsinki apartment. Almost clear dark brown - amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, fairly dry and finely crisp. The dark malts are quite Brown Ale in flavour, mild.mild roast. Vague hop skunk and pine. Whisper of something citric. Finishes light and dry and mildly roaster bitter. No real lager character but it’s tasty enough.

Bottled. Dark brown, huge firm head. Piney coffee aroma. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Coffee and resiny pine, sharp metallic finish. Edgy.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Stadin American Black Lager ].Clear medium to dark brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, moderate hoppy, citrus - grapefruit - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus tart, dry, hoppy, dark malt, hop and malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150620]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 200615

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, fruits and hops.

Bottled (from Alko). Pitch black colour, big brown head. aroma is ashy, some slight caramel malts, mild toffee and a bit floral hoppiness. Flavour is ashy, chocolaty, some caramel, mild fruity notes as well. Big ashy aftertaste.

Bottle from trade with Hermod, as part of the Euro Local Swap, many thanks! Klare orangebraune Farbe, fingerbreite beige Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, bitter, leicht schokoladig, röstmalzig. Geschmack bitter röstmalzig, Kaffeebohnen, leicht hopfig, fruchtig, gut!

0,33L bottle (from Koht Auction), BB 01.02.2015. Pours dark brown with light brown head. Aroma is roast, coffee, some sour notes. Flavor is bitter, roast, coffee, some ashy notes. Finish is roast bitter. Overall: ok brew.

33cl Bottle shared, thanks Harmen! Almost black colour, beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, nettles, liquorice, roasted malts, lots of hops. Flavour has some vegetables, grass, nettles, grapefruit, sweet liquorice, roasted malts, some coffee, leafy hoppy bitter finish, citrus. Light-bodied. Nice.
