330 ml bottle carried home by a friend after a trip in Peru. Well, the aroma smells lactic and sour. Sour milk and old raisins. The flavor had a weak malt backbone with some slight cocoa hints. The thin texture of the body didn't bother me. The sour note in the finish ruined the stout for me.

Bottle shared by Stacey on 3/24/18. Apparently this brewery doesn't exist on social media, though there are images of the bottle on untapped, so that's pretty weird.
Anyhow, a deep mahogany, mostly clear, with a tan head atop fading quickly to ring.
Smells roasty, bitter chocolate and lightly lactic.
In the mouth it shows lightly sour lactic character, bitter chocolate and long molasses notes with light sweetness. Good texture, though, and malty, despite its high attenuation and strong lactic presence. Really quite sour. Interesting and quite good with lots of raisin, vanilla, burnt roast and lactic acidity lingering on through slightly sticky treacle and caramel. Low but fairly engaging carbonation and no alcohol or flaw.
