Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity with nice raspberry notes and lighter lime notes. Lighter floral, herbal gin notes. Hints of oak notes. Light grain and light alcohol notes. Pours a slightly hazy, copper color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes somewhat quickly to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light grain notes. Medium light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong raspberry notes with lighter lime notes. Medium light floral and herbal gin notes with faint oak notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid saison. I like the gin notes and how they interact with the fruit. The fruit notes are a bit strong and hide some of the fermentation characteristics.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, oak, gin, yeast. Slick body, gin, rosemary, wood, lemon, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Bottle. Pours clear golden orange. Small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is bugs, whiff of acetone, lime, gin. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk, gin notes muted, not very herbal. Lime present, raspberry faint if at all. Funk is a bit sharp for a sara. I was hoping for recency; this did not deliver.
