150ml, draught, beer flight at Olhöps Craft Beer House. Opaque golden body, covering white head, spotty lacing. Ripe citrus nose with a touch of wheat, promising. Lemon and orange to the taste profile, backbone of wheat. Smooth wheat fruity end. Quite okay. (Valencia, 21.02.2024).

44 cl can at Olhöps, Valencia. A very cloudy, white golden pour with a huge, foamy, long-lasting, snow-white head. Aroma is really intense, you start smelling it the moment you open the can: as many bitter herbs as you could imagine (think arugula, dandelion, grass, chicory) and white pomelo. Dry onset. Tart mouthfeel. Medium body. Very bitter, long-lingering finish.
