Excellent flavored stout. No sweet shitty lacto stuff. Sinful black stuff with a fine beige top. Ok lacing. Nice intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness and bitterness Also a fine carbonation level. Dark malt, roast, cinnamon and gingerbread in the flavor [Can from Vinmonopolet at Aker Brygge in Oslo, Norway]

17/VIII/24 - on tap @ Bar Beenhouwer, post GBV No-Festival-Bottle-Share-Drink, BB: n/a (2024-780) Thanks to all for sharing tonight's beers!
Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, lots and lots of liquorice, earthy, good roast, more spices, some coffee, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, a little bitter, good roast, very spicy, caramel, a bit sourish. Aftertaste: more acidity weird enough, a bit earthy, roasted finish. Ok, but not more than that.

Can (from Alko web). Black colour, small brown head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is peppery and nutty with some gingerbready tones with mild toasted tones. Flavour is similar to the aroma and has some mild biscuity tones to it as well. Long spicy aftertaste.

A black beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has lots of spices, ginger, cinnamon, peel of bitter orange. Taste has roastiness of malts, non-burning ginger, bitter orange. Only medium bodied, could be strenghter body. Stongly spicy, but surprisingly good.

Can @ home. Dark brown, almost black body under a fine, dense, tan head. Aroma has dark malt, cinnamon and ginger. Taste is smooth, dark malt with balanced cinnamon and ginger flavor. Balanced body with same aftertaste. A really nice, smooth and balanced Christmas spiced stout indeed. Highly enjoyable.

Half-pint, cask ale at The Rake. Black in the glass, remaining beige head, rich lacing. Spiced malty aromas, scent of chocolate. Well spices taste profile of cinnamon, pepper, and ginger joined by biscuit and dark malts. Rounded, rather sweet, spiced malty end, Yuletide feel. (London, 09.12.2023).

Cask at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Color is very dark brown with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, christmas spices, cardamom... nice body but too much spices.

(Cask, gravity, at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20231108) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate, toasted peanuts and black pepper. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, black pepper, toasted peanuts, dark chocolate, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. Complex and tasty. Good drinkability.
