A collab with Howling hops! This beer is all the best bits of an old school IPA with all the fun of a complex malt bill. The best of both worlds and the combination of two breweries who have been banging out some of Londons finest brews over the years.

Half-pint, cask ale at Southampton Arms. Almost black in the glass, bubbly beige head, fair lacing. Promising aromas of slightly roasted chocolate malts and herbal hops. Balanced malt-fruity taste with moments of chocolate malts and biscuit added by resinous bitterness. Fine depth to it. Good drinking at one of London's best cask pubs. (London, 05.12.2023).

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear reddish-brown with a frothy, beige cap. Great snout, all earth, toasted pine, toast. Lightly sweet with notes of burnt toast, earth, pine, dried orange rind, nips of dark fruits. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced finish. Good stuff.
