Can. It's a black one, with a small light tan head. Nice curtains. The aroma is a bit too gentle I think, lightly burnt, roasted, with dark chocolate and a faint spiced touch. Some notes of dark dried fruit too. It's rather thin on the palate, smooth and silky, and mostly on the dry side. The flavor has some dark chocolate and dark dried fruit, but it's mostly roasted and lightly burnt malts. Lasting finish. Yet another beer that would benefit from some more carbonation, body and alcohol. Still a nice stout though. 240517

440 ml can, as Monkey Brew Andromeda Stout, from Birk Bryggeriutsalg, Klepp. ABV is 4.7%. Black colour, large to moderate tan head. Aroma of roast malts and oak, hints of coffee and dark chocolate. The flavour has the same elements, also hints of dark fruits and liquorice. Good beer.

Sort med beige boblete topp som daler sakte. Aroma; malt, sjokolade, karamell, mørke bær, nøtter, kvae, plomme og noe røkt. Smak; plomme, karamell, hasselnøtt, malt, sjokolade, appelsin-skal. Middel lang ettersmak, myk munnfølelse, balansert.

440ml can, B#386, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Bodø. Pours a bubbly, tan head, black as pitch in the glass, spotty lacing. Inviting aromas of coco-chocolate, smoothly roasted. Rather comprehensive taste profile with cocoa, liquorice, and a distant note of dark fruits, slightly okay. Roasted dark-malt driven end. Rounded on swallow. Pretty decent stout version.
