G de Goudale is the product of the combination of our Goudale and dry hopping.
For our 2024 Vintage, our master brewer has selected the “VIC SECRET” variety of Australian hops.
The subtle blend of fruity (pineapple, citrus, mint), spicy (green pepper) and herbaceous (dill) notes provides a beautiful balance to this sparkling beer.

Bottle. Pours a deep gold colour with a tight white head, plenty of hops and fruit in the aroma, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry bitter finish.

Large 750ml bottle picked up from Eurotunnel terminal (I think) end of November 2024. Consumed at home Saturday 1st March 2025 listening to Bdrmm - Microtonic, we have a Wild Garlic Lasagna for tea tonight (homemade last year and frozen). Pours gold with a large white head, actually warm gold. Nice bite, warming but there is a subtle bitter bite, some maltiness, a touch sweet, actually the hoppiness is a bit swamped by the maltiness. It's fine.
