Can. A more or less clear one, golden in color, with a dense, diminishing white head. The aroma is saison-fruity, with a touch of spices and pale malts. Lime notes and a peppery hint. It's quite chili warming on the palate, dry and nicely carbonated. Chili, saison-ish peppery and fruity hints and a nice generic fruityness. Lasting chili driven finish. A bit too heavy on the chili burn, but it's a decent saison anyway. 240525

Bottle @ home. Almost clear, pale golden body under a moderate sized white head. Mild aroma, light malt and hint of green pepper. Taste indicates that the beer itself is not the main focus here. That said, the chili souse part is not at a silly level as often when making this kind of chili beers, its quite nice and balanced and actually a god match to my barbeque. Not very difference between the yellow and the red one, but somehow, I prefer the red one. A novelty kind of beer, but still drinkable, just not very exciting.

330ml can, #727 586, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Tested together with Chili Saison (Red). Next-to-clear late straw coloured body, dissipating white head, scattered lacing. Moderate smell of dusty hops, apples, and spices. Flavoured with apple skins, grass, and ripe lemon. Vinous impression. Chili spices dominate the finish, but not as prominent as in the red version. Drinkable. (Tromsø, 30.06.2023).

Very interesting - the front end is a lot fruitier and tangier than most saidobs, with a decent bit of heat in the finish.
