Cyrulis Pils is a classic piece of work by Dundulis that conveys the adaptation of German culture and its interpretation amongst us. Noble Spalt Select hops, German Pilsner malt, open low-temperature fermentation, lagerring – are the integral parts of German brewing art and the harmony of it all comes to bringing an expressive and precise beer to life. Not too bitter but with distinctive and refreshing aroma of the hops, the beer is quite dry with hint of mild malty sweetness.

Dark golden colour and steady white head. Rustic earthy hops in the nose. Light-bodied. Malts, resiny hops, light sweetness. Lowish bitterness for a pils.

Hazy amber colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, some herbal and mild earthy elements. Flavour is grassy, some vegetables with mild earthy tones.

8/6/2024. Bottle at Karchma 1863, Vilnius. Pours very slightly hazy golden orange with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, bready, citrus, caramel, straw. Medium sweetness, moderate developing bitterness. Quite light body. Average carbonation. Average pils.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

50cl bottle from Dundulis webshop. Pours clear golden coloured with a white head. Mild malty aroma with slightly grassy and herbal notes. Feels somewhat soft and smooth, but in a pleasant way. Moderate bitter finish. Easy to drink and quite enjoyable.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grain, grass, light sweet fruit, apples. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, grainy, grass, light fruity hops. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet finish. 240618

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small whte head. Aroma is grassy, slight citrusy. Biter, cris hoppy. Slight grasdy. Bitter and dry hoppy finish.
