Pale gold beer with small head. Roasted aroma with lots of bananas. Hints of spices, coriander are present. Low bitterness, high sweetness. Slick texture, low carbonated. Medium body.

Bottle. Golden colour, cloudy, rather small head - especially for a Hefeweizen. Aroma is intensive banana, dough, no clove. Hard to find the trace of smoked malt - there is just a subtle hint of ham on finish. Slight bitterness, light sweetness, slightly sour. Very pleasant oily texture, medium carbonation (below average for a Hefeweizen). Good.

A yellow, murky beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma is weird, wheat, some sweet frutiness, some spices. Taste has the same overriped and sweet fruitness as in the aroma, quite sweet. Medium bodied, almost without carbonation. Weak beer, too sweet and too weird for hefe.

Bottle (shared by fatphil, thanks!). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is sweet, potatoes, wheat, salt. Flavor is sweet, wheat, potatoes, fruits. Overall: bad.

Butelka 0.5l (11.03.2016). Piwo zmętnione o złocistej barwie, białej, słabej pianie jak na weizena, delikatnie krążkującej. Aromat typowy dla pszenicy ze wskazaniem na banany, wędzonka torfowa bardzo subtelna i schowana daleko na drugim planie. W smaku niby jak pszenica ale ze zdumiewającą gładkością i delikatnością. Świetnie zbalansowane, delikatnie orzeźwiające z subtelnym słodkawym posmakiem, minimalną wędzonką w tle, pijalne choć mogłoby być ciut bardziej wysycone. Kolejna piwo w kooperacji, które niby zwykłe a rzuca nowe światło na ile już razy wałkowany, klasyczny styl jakim jest hefeweizen.
