Boon wort from april 24, aged in the Parrain Cellars and barrels. Served december 24.
Pours very hazed and unclear darker amber
Scent is raw, malty, tad toasty. Taste is very mild , malty, buttery
Little to no acidity. Very messy, harsh yet not outspoken. Weird and honestly a bit of a mess , probably all due to being very young, with more time in barrels and fermenting, this should improve greatly.

Draught Ochre-yellow beer, veiled, under a transparant rim. Fairly mineral, almost fish-y, and lots of horseblanket. Young, with the last restsugars still present; bit earthy, again mineral and of course horseblanket. Light, but miles from empty, (almost) no carbonation, quite wheatslick. A superb base for a great gueuze.
