Modernus tradicinis alus / Post Modern Farmhouse Ale
DuDoRų - moderni tradicinio kaimiško alaus vizija, perteikta atsižvelgiant į senuosius aludarystės būdus bei panaudojus iš kartos į kartą perduotų Jovarų mielių padermę. Šio alaus kūrime o tiksliau aranžavime, dalyvavo net trijų vietos ir užsienio bravorų aludariai: aludarių karaliene tituluojama Aldona Ūdrienė, aludaris iš Belgijos Dok Brewing Co. bei Dundulio aludariai. Skirtingos bravorų patirtys ir praktikos leido atskleisti ir moderniai perteikti kertinius lietuviškosios tradicinės aludarystės aspektus bei materializuoti jas gėrimo skonyje, aromate bei kūne. Šiuo alumi mes norime perduoti žinią, jog atsižvelgiant į šiuolaikius poreikius, tradicijos gali būti tęsiamos net ir postmoderniame pasaulyje.
DuDoRų is a modern vision of a traditional farmhouse ale, based on old brewing methods and using the Jovarų yeast strain which was passed down from generation to generation. Three local and foreign breweries took part in the creation, or rather arrangement, of this beer: Aldona Ūdrienė, so called Queen of Brewers, Dok Brewing Co. and Dundulis. The different experiences and practices of the breweries allowed the to reveal and modernise the core aspects of traditional Lithuanian brewing and materialise them in the taste, aroma and body of the drink. With this beer, we want to send the message that traditions can be continued even in a post-modern world, responding to modern needs.

Yes! This beer uses the yeast from the classic kaimiskas beer from Jovaru, and has the same soft, rounded, slightly buttery taste. Lovely.

#lithuania #Gist goede schuimkraag, donkergeel met hint van oranje. Druiven, sinaasappel, zoetzuur, fruitsnoepjes. Veel CO2 (niet vervelend), champagnefeel, zacht, lange nasmaak, druiven, lichtdroge afdronk,
