Can from Beers of Europe. Pinky-amber with a thin white head and a light fizz. Raspberry cordial, raspberry leaves and a light sourness. Not really getting the pink peppercorns that they say are in this. Unlike many of the fruit juice sours these days, this does actually have a well-judged beeriness in the background. Overall it's a little insipid but quite drinkable. Paired surprisingly well with a chicken caesar salad.

Draught at PLU: pours pale red with no head. Aroma is raspberry and light lacto funk. Taste is pretty light. Not really much sweetness. Barely sour. Spritzy.

Keg draught at the Ivy House, Nunhead. Listed on the pumpclips as 3.4%. Light almost guava-y pink with a small uneven film of whitish head. Gentle tart raspberry aroma. Taste isbtart and refreshing with a good bit of raspberry. Short finish and an unsurprisingly watery body considering the ABV. Heavy carbonation. Good overall.
