Wanting to explore the floral side of beer as well as produce a brew that works with Chinese food, we pulled out things from a pharmacy in Nanchan South China that will make beer-like-tea. Tasty rose petals instead of hops with a fresh, tart finish, brewed with Belgian yeast.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some peppery and some slight tartish wooden tones with some mild berries as well. Flavour is floral, fruity, some tartish, mild alcohol and some slight rosehips and floral tones to it. Rosewatery aftertaste. Mild bitterness.
