Notater fra Bergen Ølfestival, en alle tiders ettermiddag på Verftet i lag med Børge&Karen. Kveldens siste, også denne fra fat: lett uklar blekrød med kort skum. Bringebær/bjørnebær, vanilje og lime. Søtlig avslutning.

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Pink colour, small off-white head, moderate carbonation. Aroma of lactic acid, yoghurt, lactose, raspberries and blackberries, a hint of vanilla. Soft mouthfeel. Moderately sour flavour with the same elements as the aroma, more distinct vanilla, a hint of bourbon. Refreshing.

YG 130424. Red golden color with a pinkish/white head. Aroma is vanilla, black berries, raspberries. Flavor is vanilla, black berries, raspberries, lemon, lactose. Weird beer.

Bottle, 375ml. A still, hazy copper-red beer. The aroma has lots of vanilla, loads of vanilla, with some raspberry and blackberry. Lemon hints. The amounts of lactose really enhance the vanilla and sweetness. It's medium bodied, semi-sweet and acidic, with a good dash of berries. Vanilla and lactose. Lasting finish. Rather awful this one, way too much vanilla going on. 240413
