Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated to leave some mild messy lace
Aroma: keen blend of citrusy to grassy hops, clean malts
Flavor: juicy sweet blend of prior mentioned aromas, mild aftertaste of citrusy and grassy hops
Texture: about medium bodied, good sipper, semi-juicy finish
Overall: nicely done NEIPA well worth having agian.

Aromas are grapefruit, MJ and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly on the sweet side and carbonation is a bit soft. Good drinking, satisfying beer.

Tight white head on a hazy golden coloured body. Punchy aroma of pineapple & mango. Medium bodied, smooth & foamy with a tingle on the finish. Mango, pineapple, bitter, grapefruit & pithy tastes with a hop filled finish. Palate cleaner.

Can (7/27/21) pour from The Beer Store, Nashua. It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with good retention and spotty lacing. Aroma is strong lemon marmalade, melon. Taste is astringent lemon with biscuit and bitter. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, lively carbonation and crisp, fairly dry finish. Overall, some decent elements but astringent citrus and excessive carbonation detract. Not one of Definitive's best.

Draught at Dorchester Brewing, 9/9/21.
Bright lemon jelly. Medium haze with a small white head that steadily fades to ring.
Again (as with the previous DBCO hoppy beer I just tried) with the dirty/wet dog hop nose. But seems nicely balanced behind it with some vanilla accented honey and bubble gum mixing with juicy citrus.
Juicy citrus with light bitterness on the end. A bit of saccharine character in here. Pine floral mango. Maybe getting a bit too astringent/punchy on the ending bitterness. Very creamy, thick texture though. Pretty good attenuation though still on the sweeter side. A bit flat overall, but fine. Lingering pine and papaya. Needs less acidity and less sweetness. Too dynamic in a bad way.

Pours hazy deep gold into an English pint. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Sour citrus aromas. Medium bodied with sourdough, overripe peach and ripe melon upfront turning to warm overripe mango in the lasting finish.

44 cl can @ Kultainen Apina. Canned 08.01.2021 Aroma has pineapple juice and some grapefruit. Flavour has grapefruit, pineapple juice and tropical fruits. Somewhat sticky but good still. Actually quite typical NEIPA.

Typical haze appearance. Aroma shows mild melon, and citrus rind. Flavor is Citra and mosaic dominant. The piney / herbal Simcoe is hidden in the background. Light juice. For the NE IPA style, maybe slightly above average.
