750ml bottle, as Mikkeller Nelson Sauvin Brut, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Patchy layer, spotty lacing, hazy apricot body. Inviting and rich aroma of mandarin. Sappy citrus flavours joined by yeasty fruitiness. Dry, lingering aftertaste. Smooth in the mouth. Fine bodied. Drinking pleasure. (Big bottle session with Elisabeth, Jan Erik, Stefan and Finn, Tromsø 05.11.2016).

That’ll be me 20K then @ ChrisO’s. Thanks to Danny. Clear amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Mild floralness into a moderately tart grape sourness. A little gueuzey wet wood. Mild bretty savoury. Touch of tropical fruits. Light semi dry finish. Plenty going on and nicely fruity - bretty.
