(Draught at BrewDog Camden, London, 9 May 2024) Hazy orange colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, hard orange candy and Iron Brew. Fruity, tart taste with apricots, orange peel and orange candy. No bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Mild, fresh acidity. Sounds like a pretty bad idea, but it works far better than excpected. Very nice.

Father's Day gift, with a homemade chippy tea. Sure tastes like Irn Bru. So if you love that, it's a cracking slightly sour take on it.

On keg at Salt Beer Factory in Saltaire - clear luminous orange body with no head. Tangy bubblegum, banana and orange juice nose, sharp Irn Bru replica taste, good representation of a classic soft drink.

Keg draught at Tønne, Leicester. Deep neon orange and a bit hazy with a smattering of white head. Smells like Irn-Bru, with big notes of bubblegum, booked sweet, custard. Man. Nailed it. Taste is sweet/sour with powdered citrus candy notes and some gentle bitterness on the finish. Low carbonation. Colour me impressed,and it isn't a bad beer on its own merits.

Keg at the Crewe Dog, 26/01/24. Moderately hazed Irn-Bru orange to golden with a decent just off white head with some good lacing to follow. Nose is candied orange, Irn=Bru, sugars, light herb. Taste comprises candied fruit rinds, sugars, straw, Irn-Bru bite, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow soured bite. Okay if a touch 1D as I'd expected.
