Can. Cloudy yellowish orange with a large white head. Aroma of citrus and crackers, hints of pineapple & passionfruit - a bit Wit-like. Very fizzy. Zesty and dry with moderate bitterness. If Matilda Bay is going out with this, it's not with a bang but a whimper - and this appropriately Hollow. But for 3% it's not not bad at all.

Pours straw with a crazy big head.Nose shows floral hops, marmalade, citrus fruits, clean delicate malt.Flavours include more floral hops and some soft non-descript malt. A bit lacking.Carbonation is insanely high.
