“I will always be, hopping, hopping”. A hazy hop bomb with a bouquet of hop varieties: Mistral, Mosaic, Galaxy, El Dorado, Citra, Wolf and Cardinal. The choice of hops gives the beer an exotic fruiting character with rich orange notes. The hops were added during whirlpool and twice as a dry hop to allow the hops to reach their maximum potential. The velvety blanket on the tongue is created by the use of barley malt, wheat malt and especially oatmeal. This way you get a balance between the bitterness of the hops and the sweetness of the malts.

Cloudy blond beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, a bit juicy, hoppy, some citrus, good stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, a bit medicinal, fruity, piny, resinous bitterness. Aftertaste: more bitterness, grassy, medicinal, strong bitterness. Not bad, not great either.
