Dry, juicy cider that has bags of flavour from the overlapping, complex tannins of the two most important cider apples in Britain (Dabinett and Harry Masters Jersey), with added depth from fermentation in a Scottish oak cask. Low acidity, high tannin, very smooth and drinkable.

BIAB at Station East, Gateshead. Hazy golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, funk, oak. Taste is tangy, apple, oaky, whisky barrel, phenolic, wood oak, bittersweet with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry wood barrel tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
